SouthWest Wireless has several services to meet your needs and your budget! Listed below are our different service plans and fees for each  service. Remember, you need to have line of sight to our tower location and be within at least 9 miles to have internet. Exceptions include Fulda and Jackson where No-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) equipment is available as well, but the NLOS equipment can only go up to 2 miles.
 
 
Services and Rates:
 
SouthWest Choice (384k) - $34.95
SouthWest Premium (1M) - $39.95
SouthWest Lightning (2M) - $49.95
 
There will be a $25 line-of-site fee asked for upfront which will be applied to the next bill if the service is installed.
 
Normal installation fee runs at $100 during non-specials with a 1-year contract.
 
 
Setup and Installation includes:
  • Up to 50 feet of cable
  • Satellite arm
  • Receiver
  • Dish (if needed)

Any further equipment needed will be charged on next month's billing.

Extras:

Extra emails - $1 per month per email
Public IP address - $5 per month per IP

***If service is paid 1 year in advance, a credit of $30 will be applied to your billing*** Not valid with any other offer

Service call rates:

$65 per hour (minimum of 1 hour)

-Service calls are defined when a call is made to a customer's house and the problem is with their network or computer and not our equipment. Effective May 1st 2008 there is a fuel surcharge of $5 for all service calls.
